Nikolas has significant experience in going-public transactions, capital markets, spin-offs, mergers and acquisitions (“M&A”). Previously, Mr. Perrault served as an investment executive with some of Canada's largest institutions. This includes National Bank, Merrill-Lynch, CIBC and Scotia Capital.

Shawn comes with over 30 years of bulge bracket industry experience, Global Portfolio Management, Debt Capital Markets and Corporate Advisory Services spanning the USA and China. Shawn spent more that 12 years with Morgan Stanley (formerly, Citigroup Smith Barney) involved in private client and global wealth management and while at Morgan Stanley was cited in David Darts's seminal book "The Art of Asset Allocation" serving as a member of their private client group and asset allocation committee.

While in Shanghai, China he engaged over 60 public and private companies as investment banker, having been published 18 separate times in Shanghai Business Daily for his view on economics. Shawn speaks and reads conversational Chinese. Currently Shawn serves Corporate clients in China and America, providing corporate and transaction advisory services.

Ryan Shih

Mr. Shih is a founding partner of Hudson Highland Partners, a private equity venture focused on strategic investments globally. He has extensive experience in buyouts, corporate divestitures, and cross-border mergers & acquisitions.

Prior to founding Hudson Highland Partners, he was a Managing Director & Partner at One Equity Partners, a $12 billion private equity fund under JPMorgan, where he was the first partner to be based in Asia.

Prior to One Equity Partners, Mr. Shih was an investment banker at both Merrill Lynch and Deutsche Bank covering the semiconductor, alternative energy, media, and hardware sectors. Mr. Shih was also an attorney at Skadden Arps focused on capital markets and M&A transactions.

Mr. Shih is currently on the board of Silergy Corp, a leading analog semiconductor company trading on the Taiwan Stock Exchange.

Mr. Shih holds a Juris Doctor from Stanford Law School and a B.S. in Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point. He left the U.S. Army as a captain prior to his civilian career.

Mr. Malone is the founding Director of PrOasis, a professional consulting corporation, where he has spent the past 34 years managing the firm which focuses on executive management, corporate finance, strategic planning and governance for major Canadian SME organizations. Mr. Malone currently holds several positions as Chief Financial Officer. Additionally, Mr. Malone currently serves on the Board of Directors for several public and private organizations. Mr. Malone has extensive listing, regulatory reporting and governance experience with private businesses and public companies and on Exchanges in Canada and the United States. Mr. Malone's experience stems from over 42 years in the North American workforce holding senior financial and information technology systems roles in some of Canada's largest domestic and multi-national organizations.

Mr. Malone holds a CPA,CMA designation and graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a B.A. in Commerce and Economics.

Lead Developer

John Hollander is a Lead Developer and Systems Analyst with extensive experience in project management and systems design. He specializes in developing and optimizing market analysis tools, automated trading systems, and innovative compression algorithms.

John has led the development of proprietary market indication products and trading platforms, building scalable real-time market analysis systems within the Amazon AWS cloud environment. He also developed a cloud-based gateway API for broker connections and integrated advanced analytics into major financial platforms. His expertise spans advanced-level programming, client-server architecture, performance optimization, systems integration, and the development of automated trading systems and backtesting utilities.
